Install the new replacement meter onto the base and secure with the (6) 5 mm hex socket
head screws. Be careful not to pinch the o-rings. When tightening the meter screws, torque
the screws to 10 N-m (7.4 ft-lb)

Replace o-ring on the valve and lubricate o-ring.

Reinstall valve into meter and secure the valve retaining plate. (Be sure to seat the retaining
plate properly into the groove on the valve so that the o-ring is not pinched.)

Ensure that magnet washer on the conduit is pushed up against the bottom of vapor barrier.

Replace the product tube o-ring and lubricate o-ring.

Reinstall the product tube into the valve and secure the tube with the retaining pin. Be sure
the pin snaps in place.

Repeat steps 20-24 on opposite side.

Reinstall WIP.

Clean and reinstall the strainer and install new filter. (Remotes).

Turn power on to dispenser and submersible pump.

Reset the emergency shear valve.

Run test sales to clear air from lines and check for leaks.

Perform Calibration procedure as required and seal meter/WIP.

Have the dome o-ring and the cylinder cover o-ring available before starting this procedure.
Reference photos (A) through (G) during this procedure below.
Adhere to the two Warnings at the beginning of this addendum before attempting to remove
the cylinder cover.
