8 Trouble shooting

Grounds Container Is Full
Up
a) The grounds count in the grounds container
reaches 60 pieces or is already full；
b) Dirty on the sensor surface。
 Pull out the drip tray, take out the grounds container, and empty the
container；
 Clean up the sensor.

Water Tank Is empty
a) The water in the tank is already below the
detection level;
b) The water tank is not installed in place and is too
far from the sensor;
c) Water level sensor is broken.
 Take out the water tank and add pure water to the water tank to 80%;
 Check and reinstall the water tank;
 Exchange sensor and left side panel.

System Lacks of Water
a) The water in the barrel is used up, and the pump
is pumped into the air;
b) External inlet pipe joint is loose and not sealed;
c) Manual switching valve for external water supply,
not screwed to the end.
 Exchange new water barrel ,press filling to fill the system
 Check the inlet fitting and reinstall it in place.
 According to the actual water supply demand, screw the manual
switching valve to the corresponding position until it stops.

Pressure Overloaded
a) Filter or pipe blockage.
b) Ground coffee powder is too fine.
c) The coffee beans used are too oily or deep
roasted
d) During the process of making coffee, the pump
draws in air.
 Click rinse to do rapid rinse.
 Adjust the gear position of the coffee machine to clockwise.
 Change oily coffee beans or medium roasted coffee beans.
 Check if the external water supply is out of water or the manual switch
valve is not in the right position.

Brewer Check up
a) The brewer is not in the correct position during
test
 Click "Check up" tab

Temperature Overheated
a) The temperature of the coffee machine is too
high.
 Please turn off the machine power and let the machine cool about 30
minutes later!

Environment Temp. Is Too
Low
a) The temperature of the coffee machine is too low.
 Switch off and wait to switch on after environment temperature
increasing to 10℃～40℃

Bean Hopper Empty a) coffee bean hopper is empty
 Fillingcoffee beans to the bean box, then click the "X" in the upper right
corner of the prompt image to make a cup of coffee, the prompt
interface disappears.

Grinder Calibration
a) After counting 2,000 cups of coffee drinks, the
grinder prompts for verification
 Grinder should be calibrated , please click "Immediate" tab to start !

Descaling Required
a) The coffee machine is cumulatively produced, and
after reaching the set number of cups, it indicates
that descaling is required
 Descaling required , please click "Immediate" tab to start descaling

Brewing Unit Deep Clean
Required
a) The coffee machine is cumulatively produced, and
after reaching the set number of accumulated
cups, it prompts that the brewing system needs to
be cleaned;
 Brewing unit deep clean required, please click "Immediate" tab to start!

Milk Frother Deep Clean
Required
a) The coffee machine is cumulatively produced, and
after reaching the set number of cups, it prompts
that the milk system needs to be cleaned;
 Milk frother deep clean required , please click "Immediate" tab to
start !

Drip Tray Is Not In Place
a) Not well fixed；
b) Drip tray is out of place
 Replace and fix the drip tray

Drip Tray Is Full Up
a) The wastewater in the drip tray has reached the
detection position
 Remove the water drip tray and empty the water, and rinse it off under
running water.

Dry up the detective sensor

Diverted Valve Check up a) Valve at wrong position  Please click "Check up" tab
