HMI Communication Error
a) The communication line between the main board
and the HMI board is disconnected or damaged.；
b) Components damaged。
 Switch off , 5seconds later reboot the machine
 Replace front panel （refer to 9.2.7）

Coffee Thermo-block
Heating Overtime
a) When the heating plate is working, the
temperature change is less than 1 ° C in 3
seconds, the cycle is detected 5 times, and the
above conditions are satisfied each time.
 Switch off , 5seconds later reboot the machine
 Replace thermos-block group（refer to 9.2.12）

Steam Thermo-
block

Thermo-block Water
Supply Error
a) The coffee flow meter does not detect the signal
when it is turned on.
b) No water
c) Pump damaged
d) Water flow system blocked or damaged
e) Brewer blocked
f) Flow meter blocked
g) Power error
 Check if the flowmeter cable is disconnected or disconnected
 Check if the valve of the external water source is open
 Change pump（refer to 9.2.11）
 Check if the water system is damaged or the position of the manual
switching valve is incorrect.
 Check the brewer id blocked
 Check the flow meter if blocked （refer to 9.2.4）
 change power PCB（refer to 9.2.10）

Brewer Error
a) brewer is stuck and blocked
b) brewer damaged
c) brewer motor damaged
 Check if there is any foreign matter in the brewer
 Switch off , 5seconds later reboot the machine
 Disassemble the brewer to check and rinse（refer to 9.2.2）
 Change brewer（refer to 9.2.2）
 Change motor（refer to 9.2.13）

Diverted Valve Error
a) The valve is still in the wrong position after
multiple self-tests
b) Valve damaged
 Switch off , 5seconds later reboot the machine
 Change Valve(refer to 9.2.3）

Grinder Error
a) Grinder jam or overload protection
b) Motor damaged
c) Electronic parts damaged ；
d) Hall sensor damaged
 Switch off , 5seconds later reboot the machine
 Remove the foreign body after removing the grinder
 Change grinder（refer to 9.2.6）
 Change Power PCB（refer to 9.2.10）
 Change hall sensor （refer to 9.2.6）
