Turn the tension knob to adjust the paddle
resistance. “High” means heavy resistance,
“Low” means light resistance.

1. Position handle with the peddler base so
mounting screw holes align. Insert bolts
and secure in place with wing nuts, turning
wing nuts clockwise until tight.
2. Handle Height Adjustment: Extend handle
to desired height. Insert locking collar
through hole to lock handle into place.
