How to troubleshoot a DST Dehumidifier that does not maintain required conditions?
    • T
      Tina FranklinJul 29, 2025
If your DST Dehumidifier isn't maintaining the required conditions or achieving expected performance, even when running at full power, there are several potential causes to investigate: * First, ensure that the air filter is clean and replace it if necessary. * Second, confirm that the rotor is rotating correctly. * Third, check the process airflow and process fan. Also, if there is no airflow, inspect the process fan, check the setpoint and humidistat (if installed), and inspect the condenser for any blockages.

What to do if no water is flowing out of my DST CZ Dehumidifier condensate outlet?
    • D
      David HensleyAug 11, 2025
If no water is flowing out from the condensate outlet of your DST Dehumidifier, you should: 1. Check the condensate outlet and hose for any blockages. 2. Verify the condensate hose length and height, ensuring it's no more than 20 meters in length and 2 meters in height from the drip pan. 3. Inspect the condensate removal pump for blockages or component failure. 4. Check the control thermostat, regeneration heater operation, regeneration fan or 24VDC transformer, level switch, and replace the fuse if necessary. 5. Also, check the rotor rotation and ensure the unit is level.
