Why DualSaw CS 450 Saw produces an unusually large amount of sparks?
An unusually large amount of sparks from your DualSaw Saw can be attributed to several factors: damaged or blunt teeth on the blades (in which case you should replace the blades or mount a new set), or a feed speed that is either too slow (increase it) or not mentioned (reduce it). Also make sure to hold the saw parallel to the work surface.
Maintain a clean, well-lit workspace. Avoid hazardous atmospheres and keep bystanders clear.
Avoid grounded surfaces. Do not use in wet conditions; use GFCI in damp areas.
Stay alert, dress appropriately, avoid accidental starts, ensure good balance, use safety gear.
Secure workpiece, use correct tool, check switch, disconnect power, store properly, maintain tools.
Service by qualified personnel only. Use identical replacement parts and follow maintenance instructions.
Keep hands clear of blades. Hold saw firmly. Do not reach under material. Check lower guard.
