The control box's model number can be read off under the desktop or on the control box.
Resetting of control box: CBD4 and CBD6S
Lower the desk to its bottom position. Release the button. Press the “down” button again and keep it
depressed for 10 sec. The desk has now been reset.
Resetting of control box: DYH-08A
1.Usetheoperatingpaneltolowerthedesktothebottomposition.Releasethebuttonforve
seconds.
2. Press the down button in until the legs move a little.
3. Raise the desk to the highest position by pressing the up button. When the desk reaches the top
position it will automatically lower itself a little.
4. Lower the desk by approximately 10 cm.
5. Raise the desk to the highest position again by pressing the up button. When the desk reaches
the top position it will automatically lower itself a little.
6. Lower the desk again by approximately 10 cm.
7. Raise the desk to the highest position by pressing the up button. – This (third) time the desk must
not lower itself. The desk is now reset.
If the technology fails
If you encounter problems with the technical functions of the desk, do not attempt to make repairs
yourself. Start by checking through the troubleshooting list below to see if you can correct the error. If
this does not solve the problem, you must contact your supplier or Duba-B8 A/S for professional as-
sistance.
Problem Check Try
The desk does not move up or
down.
Is the control box connected to
a power supply?
Try connecting a light or similar to
the socket to check that the power
supply is working.
Are all plugs tted correctly in
the control box and the legs?
Check all connections.
Is there any visible damage to
the cables, operating unit, con-
trol box or legs?
Damaged components must be
replaced. Contact Duba-B8 A/S or
your supplier.
The desk stops and can only
move in the opposite direc-
tion.
Is the desk in its top/bottom
position?
When the desk has reached its top
position, it can only move down
Is there a heavy load on the
desk, compared to when it was
operating normally?
Remove some of the load and try
again.
The desk will only move
down, even though it is not
overloaded.
Reset the desk.
The desk does not move all
the way up. Always stops in
the same place.
The system has set a new stop.
Perform resetting.
Not all the legs move when
the desk is lowered.
The leg or cable is defective and
must be replaced. Contact Duba-
B8 A/S or your supplier.
