MAINTENANCE – Food Pan Insert & Air Duct
The food pan insert in the top has a removable liner that can be lifted from the top and washed separately.
Inside the unit, under the food pan insert, is a removable duct box and duct cover that can be removed by
unscrewing the thumbscrews that hold them in place. These should be periodically removed and cleaned.
With the cover removed, the inside of the air duct can be wiped clean if needed.
