are inside your box, and the instructions below are meant to show you all the parts inside
the box. Before removing the packing foam, please take out all the parts to confirm if there
are any missing parts.
If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact DUOTTS customer service
support@duotts.com as soon as possible.
Note: If this is your first time riding or the first time you assemble an e-bike! we
recommend you seek professional help, preferably from a local, certified bike mechanic.
