What to do if my DÜPERTHAL Storage appliance does not run?

If your DÜPERTHAL Storage appliance isn't running, start by ensuring the appliance is switched on using the On/Off switch. If that doesn't work, the power supply cord may be faulty and needs replacing. Also, make sure the supply cord is properly connected to the correct socket. Check the fuses (2 x 1.25 A slow blow) and replace them if necessary. Finally, if an overvoltage switch is suspected, disconnect the device and inspect the fuses (2 x 5 A slow blow), replacing them as needed.
