NOTE:
1. Before exchanging a system board, write down the DMI information on TOP
Menu. Register this DMI information after exchanging a system board by
performing “DMI Entry utility” in the test program. For details, refer to “3.3
Entry of the DMI information”.
2. Also update with the latest EC/KBC by performing the test program or as
described in Appendix H “EC/KBC Rewrite Procedures”.
3. After replacing the LCD, update with the latest EC/KBC as described in
Appendix H “EC/KBC Rewrite Procedures” to set the SVP parameter.
There are following two types of connections in the figure of board and module connection in
this chapter.
(1) Cable connection is described with lines in the figure.
(2) Pin connection is described with arrow in the figure.
