2.3.1 Procedure 1 Power Status Check
The following indicators indicate the PC and its power supply status:
Power indicator
DC IN/Battery indicator
Table 2-1 Power indicator
Power indicator PC status
White
Indicates the computer is turned on.
Flashing Amber
Indicates that the computer is in Sleep Mode.
No light Indicates that the computer is turned off or in
Hibernation Mode.
The power supply controller displays the power supply status with the DC IN/Battery
indicator as listed in the tables below.

DC IN/Battery indicator Power supply status
White Indicates the AC adaptor is connected and the battery
is fully charged.
Amber
Indicates the AC adaptor is connected and the battery
is charging.
Flashing White Indicates a problem with the computer.
Flashing Amber Indicates the battery charge is low.
The AC adaptor must be connected in order to
recharge the battery.
No light Indicates the AC adaptor is not connected
In the case of other than the above, there might be a
problem on the battery.
