2.4 Error Messages
The ARS-USB Unit can show in the LCD, 3 possible errors.
Error 1: Az_WD_ALARM
Caused when the ARS-USB try to move the Azimuth rotor and after a while,
the feedback position is the same (no feedback voltage changed).
It could be because the Azimuth rotor is jammed.
Error 2: El_WD_ALARM
Caused when the ARS-USB try to move the Elevation rotor and after a while,
the feedback position is the same (no feedback voltage changed).
It could be because the Elevation rotor is jammed.
Error 3: Az_WD_INV_ALARM
Caused when it’s detected that the rotor moves in opposite direction. For
instance, the rotor tries moves to Left/CCW and the position feedback increases (as
a CW movement).
It could be caused because the rotor is wired inverted (CCW and CW upside
down).
