E agle Acces s C ontrol S ys tems, Inc. warrants its P ower II to be free from defe ct in mater ial and work manship for a period of one(1) year
from the dat e of purchas e for single family home or multi-family and commercial use. To obtain s ervice contact your dealer .
To obtain serv ice under this warranty the buyer must obtain authorization instructions for the return of any goods from E agle before
returning the goods. The goods must be returned with complete identification, with copy of proof- of-purchase, freight prepaid and in
accordance with E agle's instructions or they will not be accepted. In no event will E agle be responsible for goods returned without proper
authorization or identification.
G oods returned to E agle for warranty r epair within the warranty period , which upon receipt by E agle are confirmed to be defec tiv e and
covered by this limited warranty , will be repaired or replaced at E agle's sole option, at no cost and returned prepaid. Defective parts will
be repaired or replaced wit h new or factory rebuilt parts E agle's sole option.
T his limited warranty does not cover non-defect damage, damage caused by unreas onable use, damage caus ed by improper ins tallation
or care, vandalis m, or lightning, fire or exces sive heat or other acts of G od (including, but not limited t o mis us e, abuse or alterat ions , failure
to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance), labor charges for dismantling or reinstalling a repaired or replaced unit, or
repla cement ba tteries .
T hes e warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed or implied. All implied warranties of merchantability and/or a particular
purpose are hereby disclaimed and excluded. Under no circumstances shall E agle be liable for consequential , incidental or s pe cial
damages arising in connection with the use or inability to use this product. In no ev ent shall E agle's liability for breach of warranty, breech
of contract , negligence or s trict liability exceed t he cos t of this product hereby. No pers on is authorized to ass ume for E agle any other
liability in connection with the s ale of this product.
