Grates: For grilling dishes or placing
containers for roasting or baking food.
Removable rack: This rack is placed on the
right and left side of the oven, and can be
removed to clean the oven walls (depending
on model).
Universal tray: For cooking large quantities of
food such as cakes, pastries, frozen food, etc...
or for collecting grease or spillages from
cooking meat.
Telescopic guides: Some of the models
contain telescopic guides to facilitate the use
of the oven. These telescopic guides can be
removed for cleaning by unscrewing the
screws used to fix them. (depending on the
model).
