Compressor Set-Up

Check Oil Level

Oil is critical for operation. Check level before other steps. Follow safety precautions for pressure release.

Check Air Filter

Remove lid, check paper element is in place, and re-install lid. Ensure snorkel points downward.

Electrical Connection

Wiring by licensed electrician. Dedicated circuit with breaker/fuse. Adequately sized supply wiring is crucial.

Check Run Procedure

Perform run check before use. Close outlet valves, connect power, move switch to ON, listen for leaks.

Compressor Location

Positioning

Provide space for cooling. Locate intake grill 1ft from wall. Maintain 2ft overhead clearance. Do not block vents.

Caster Locking

Compressor vibrates and moves. Always lock casters before running. Push down paddles to lock brakes.
