TRSM0950 Disassembly/Assembly | Main Housing Disassembly/Assembly
15. Verify Rear Upper Countershaft Bearing is fully seated
into housing.
16. Install bearing into Upper Reverse Idler Gear.
17. Install and hold Upper Reverse Idler Gear upper
washer into Main Housing.
18. While holding the upper washer, install Upper Reverse
Idler Gear, bearing and lower washer into Main Hous
-
ing.
19. Install Upper Reverse Idler Gear Shaft by pushing shaft
into housing, through washers, bearing and gear.
