• Select overcurrent protection input, battery, and output breakers according to the UPS nameplate rated for
either 80% or 100%.
• Follow all applicable NEC and local codes.

• Table 6 for separate battery system installations
Wire sizes listed are for copper wiring only.
For three UPM external wiring requirements, including the minimum AWG size of external wiring, see:

Because of the future upgradability to a fully rated 1100 kVA UPS with the adc dition of the FI-UPM, the UPS
wiring is specified for 1100 kVA in Table 7 and Table 8.
