3.3.4 Control panel installation
If you install the DA1 variable frequency drive in a control panel, make sure
that the cabinet is installed in such a way that it is stable. The best option is
to install it with the back panel lying against a wall. Moreover, the top of the
cabinet should be fastened to the wall and the two front corners should be
fastened to the floor. If the cabinet is set up in a freestanding configuration,
all four corners must be fastened to the floor.

Heavy accessories such as motor chokes and sine filters should
always be installed on the control panel’s base plate.
