Usage Features:

Apex™ Pot and Pan Soak is designed for ease of use and integration into existing warewashing routines. The recommended directions for use are:

Fill soaking sink or tub: Begin by filling a soaking sink or tub with warm water.
Dispense product: Push the dispenser button to dispense Apex Pot and Pan Soak into the water. The water will turn orange, indicating the presence of the product.
Submerge ware: Completely submerge baked-on wares and soak for 15-20 minutes.
Remove and place on dish machine rack: After soaking, remove the ware from the solution and place it on a dish machine rack. Do not rinse the ware at this stage.
Run through dish machine: Run the rack through the dish machine to wash and sanitize with an EPA registered sanitizer when chemical is required.
