3.2.4.5.1 Positive results of primary or periodic verification are registered as
follows:
1) primary verification is registered in the “CERTIFICATE OF
ACCEPTANCE” section;
2) periodic verification is registered in the issued Certificate of the established
form, or in the table of the Appendix E of the OM.
