When installing the Efergy EMax Smart Home Energy Monitor you
Should find that everything is straight-forward. However, there are
number of important health and safety issues which you need to be
aware of:
Voltages dangerous to human health are involved in the installaon of
Efergy EMax Energy Monitor. Follow all warnings provided in this
guideline to ensure your own safety.
Do not touch sensors clip onto the supply cables inside the main elec-
trical panel. Do not carry out this installaon if under the influence of
alcohol or drugs.
Do not use Efergy EMax Smart Home Energy Monitor transmier in any
manner other than specified in this installaon guide.
Do not aempt to open, disassemble, or repair any ot the components
of the transmier.
Do not leave in direct sunlight or near sources of heat.
Hold reset buon for 5s unl GREEN LED is flashing.
Do not install the transmier in environment with explosive gas or
vapors; not in damp or wet environments; nor in direct sunlight; nor
where temperatures are consistently out of specificaon.
Ensure the transmier does not have power during any handling,
including installaon and disassembly.
During the installaon you may also need:
