Electromagnetic brake states:
This wheelchair has two status: LOCK and UNLOCK , which are switched through turning the brake
lever.
LOCK state indicates that the internal clutch of the electromagnetic brake is engaged and the
electromagnetic brake is started. Before powering on and operating the control lever to a direction,
the motor wheel will not rotate, purpose: when user is getting on / off the wheelchair, this will
