Adjustable Trays
Trays are adjustable offering maximum flexibility in drying different food. For drying thick food, you can adjust
trays to 25mm height. For drying fast thin food, you can adjust trays to 15mm height. Also the unit occupies
less space when stored as in the pictures bellow.
When stored In Use
Adjusting the tray’s height
The tray will have the words “tall” and “short” marked and an “arrow” on each side of the tray, please see
photo on the left, if you want the height of the tray to be short (height is about 1.5cm), need to align it to
the short side.
If more dehydrating space is needed than the tray to be tall (height is about 3cm), you can adjust the tray
accordingly to the arrow direction.
Note: Do not clutter or over stack the trays, you will get better results if you sparsely distribute the food to be
dehydrated
