This appliance is truly multifunctional as grilling, frying,
stirfry, simmering, and boiling can all be achieved
within this unit. You can also use it as a dry bain-
marie since the well is 2/1 GN size.
The cooking surface is manufactured from a 15 mm
compound, that is 12 mm mild steel plate it for even
temperature distribution and high productivity plus
ease of cleaning thanks to the 3 mm plate of corrosion
resistant 316 AISI stainless steel bonded to it.

The 60 mm drain outlet is designed
for quick removal of liquid based foods
into a gastronorm container (not
included) which sits on guide rails
below.
