5.2 Setting the oven functions
By tapping the key
repeatedly it is possible to
select the oven functions. The order of functions
corresponds to the representation listed below.
Lighting
Separate setting e.g. for cleaning or
preparation of cooking processes and
switched on with all functions
Steam cooking
Steam generator, fixed setting 96 °C.
Interval cooking
Hot air 75% and steam generator 25% in
change, pre-setting 180 °C
Hot air
Backplate heating element and oven fan
pre-setting 170 °C
Pizza level
pre-setting 230 °C
Turbo grill
Small area grill with oven fan pre-setting
180°C
Small area grill
Grill heating element
pre-setting 230 °C
Large area grill
Upper heat and grill heating element
pre-setting 230 °C
Upper / Lower heat
pre-setting 200 °C
Drying
Lower heat with oven fan
pre-setting 40 °C
Low temperature cooking
Backplate heating element with oven fan
