8.5 Description of function
After switching on, the relay K60 closes and the display shows the oven symbol. At the same time the
oven lighting goes on.
The cooling fan (relay K61) is switched on with a delay of three minutes.
After selecting the functions, following relays are active:
steam cooking K 68, K 62 K 69 below 80°C (K1,K2)
interval cooking K 68, K 62, K 65, K 66 K 68 and K 65 alternating (K1,K2)
hot air K 66, K 65 K 69 during heating phase
pizza level K 66, K 65, K 69
turbo grill K 64, K 65
infrared grill K 64
large area grill K 64, K 70
UH/LH K 69, K 70
drying K 70, K 65 K 70 clocks
lower temperature cooking K 66, K 65 K 69 during heating phase
K1 and K2: These two relays are used to select the actuators. When switching on a steam function, the
actuator A2 is applied to 230 volt and the steam vent closes (K1 and K2 under voltage). 5 minutes before
the end of the steam cooking, both relays K1 and K2 are switching. The actuator A2 is without voltage
and the steam vent opens. The actuator A1 is now connected with 230 volt and opens the devaporization
valve. After the time programme has run down, all steam components are without voltage again.
