Section 4 Component Teardown
Removing the Rear Panel
Components accessible with Rear Panel Removed:
• Bake, Broil, & Convection Elements
• Convection Motor(s)
• ESEC Relay Board
• Terminal Block
To remove the Rear Panel:
1. Slide the range forward to access Rear Panel.
2. Remove eleven (11) screws securing Rear Panel to
back of range. See Figure 59.
3. Reinstall in reverse order.
Hidden Bake Element
To remove the Hidden Bake Element:
1. Remove the Rear Panel (see “Removing the Rear
Panel“ on page 4-4 ).
2. Disconnect the two (2) wires from the Bake Element.
See Figure 58.
3. Remove the storage drawer or warmer drawer (some
models). Locate the Hidden Bake Element Service
Panel mounted to the bottom of the oven; the top
of the storage drawer or warmer drawer cavity. See
Figure 60.
4. Remove three (3) screws securing the Hidden Bake
Element Service Panel to the bottom of the range.
Element and Panel will hinge down. See Figure 60.
5. Remove Element and Panel assembly.

to release locking tabs
