Reason: Hearing aids are not placed correctly
Solution: Reposition so that the charging contacts make full contact
Reason: The charging case is out of battery
Solution: Charge the charging case
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION FAILURE
Reason: Bluetooth on the phone is off
Solution: Turn on the Bluetooth
Reason: Previous Bluetooth pairing records are not cleared
Solution: Long-press on the button of the charging case for 7s and
reconnect the device
