- First Use Preparation: Before initial operation, the skillet must be thoroughly cleaned. All packaging materials should be removed, and the cooking surface cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads are not recommended for the non-stick surface. The cooking surface should be seasoned by applying a thin coat of cooking oil and rubbing it in with a paper towel.
- Operation:
- Place the skillet on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure the unit is unplugged and the power switch is off before plugging it into a wall outlet.
- Push the power switch to "I" to start the unit.
- Preheat the skillet uncovered for 2-3 minutes before cooking.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil.
- Place ingredients or food into the skillet and cook until done.
- To turn off, push the power switch to "o" and unplug the unit.
- When removing the lid, always tilt it away from the user to avoid hot steam.
- Cooking Utensils: Nylon or silicone cooking utensils are recommended for use with the non-stick surface to prevent damage. Sharp-edged metal utensils (forks, knives, mashers, beaters, food choppers) should not be used as they can scratch the non-stick surface.

- Do not touch hot surfaces; use handles or knobs.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or switch in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when children are nearby; children are not recommended to operate the appliance.
