• Regularly check non-return valves at
[11] and [12] for function. If they
are not functioning correctly, there is
risk that water will enter the air
supply network.
• If water and/or compressed air flows
out of the excess pressure valve
[13] down into the box, this means
that the non-return valve [12] on
the distribution pipe is letting by. In
this case, replace or repair the non-
return valve [12], and install a new
seat, valve and spring.
• If the venturi is letting sufficient
water through but is not suctioning
anything up, the restrictor plate in
the suction grommet must be
checked for blockage. Disassembly:
unscrew the connector from the
intake house, note: the restrictor
plate is mounted here, clean the hole
in this plate, reinstall the parts, note:
tighten the connector firmly.
• If water is leaking into the chemical
jerry can, the non-return valve in the
injector [14] and [15] are polluted
or damaged, unscrew the injector out
of the block than dissemble injector
as shown in drawing [16], clean seat
and ball and if both not damaged
mount the non return valve in
reverse order and screw into block (
first grease the thread with food
grease), if damaged replace complete
chemical non return-valve.
• Regularly check the nozzles, hoses
and spray guns for cracks and
functioning.
