Parameters
<new-vlan> — new VLAN number, may take values [1 ..4095];
<old-vlan> — number of VLAN, which should be substituted, may take values [1 .. 4094].
<rule_direction> — traffic direction:
Ingress — incoming;
Egress — outgoing.
