BEFORE USE
1. Wash the appliance with soapy water and dry well.
2. Make sure the oven is unplugged and the Timer knob is at the “0” position.
HOW TO BROIL
1. Place food on the wire rack and slide it into the top rack position.
2. Put the backing tray at the bottom as a drip pan to catch oil drippings.
3. Turn the temperature control knob to the appropriate setting.
4. Turn the oven function knob to . Turn the timer knob to select desired cooking time.
5. When finished broiling, turn the oven function knob to “OFF” position.
Note: when the appliance is operating, only upper heating elements work, suitable for broiling fish, steak,
poultry, pork, chops, etc.
HOW TO BAKE
1. Place food on the rack or backing tray and then slide it into the lower position.
2. Turn the temperature control knob to the appropriate setting.
3. Turn the oven function knob to . Turn the timer knob to select desired cooking time.
4. When finished baking, turn the oven function knob to “OFF” position.
Note: when the appliance is operating, only lower heating elements work, suitable for baking cakes, pies,
cookies, etc. that don’t need browning or crispy surface.
