Remove shipping axle and ensure spacer/safety washers are on the fork.
Insert front tire, slide disc into caliper, and connect motor cable.
Pull down derailleur and route chain around the first, second, and third small sprockets.
Continue routing chain towards the front, around all gears and the main sprocket.
Link chain with pin lock, secure with chainbreaker, then tighten frame bolts.
Fix brake calipers to the frame using black sockethead bolts (2 per side).
Adjust caliper alignment to ensure free wheel spin without rubbing.
