In the annealing temperature calculator screen enter the sequences for the forward
and reverse primer using the button below the input fields. The sequence length is
counted by the software and displayed in brackets left to the input fields.

To adjust the primer or salt concentration press:
EDIT CONCENTRATION
In the next screen the primer concentration, salt concentration and magnesium con-
centration can be adjusted. Touch the corresponding input field and enter values using
the keypad. The concentrations have the following default values and ranges:
