Installation:

• Outlet run > 5 x Dia. (DN)
• Sensor and transmitter grounded.
• Sensor centered relative to the pipe.
Maximum measured error Promag 50:
Pulse output: ± 0.5% o.r. ± 1 mm/s (o.r. = of reading)
Current output: plus typically ± 5 µA
Promag 53:
Pulse output: ± 0.2% o.r. ± 2 mm/s (o.r. = of reading)
Current output: plus typically ± 5 µA
Supply voltage fluctuations have no effect within the specified range.

• Highest point of a pipeline. Risk of air accumulating.
• Directly upstream of a free pipe outlet in a vertical pipe.
