The grounding terminals are for connecting a potential-equalizing cable.
Cable specifications
The sensor cable connection between sensor and transmitter has an EEx i type of pro-
tection rating. The coil exciter circuit has an EEx e type of protection rating.
When the cable supplied by E+H is used, the maximum cable length at which the intrin-
sic safety of the circuit is ensured is 90 m (for IIC) or 200 m (for IIB).
