Configuration
Configuration for setting the behaviors of open, short, and no element in phase
corresponding to the temperature elements.
• Logbook entry: Writes the error into the logbook and ignores the error.
• No element in phase: Sets whether or not recognize an error when no elements are in
any of the phases.
