Connection failure: If the installation process fails, make sure that
the Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz and that the password is correct, restart
the module and retry the installation.
Important: If after verifying that all the steps are correct you cannot
complete the installation, or the device disconnects unexpectedly,
it is possible that your router is congured for automatic band
change (steering), this conguration has incompatibilities with
Wi-Fi devices of 2.4ghz that do not have RFID technology, to solve it
contact our technical service.
To restart the module in installation mode, press one of the shutter
up or down switches at least 10 times within 10 seconds, wait a
few seconds and it will start again, the blue led will ash rapidly
indicating that it is in connection mode.
Note: If the module was already linked to the application, it will be
removed from it when restarting it.
