Why is my enervent greenair Plaza eco EC Fan supply air too cold?

There are several reasons why the supply air from your enervent Fan might be too cold: * The heat exchanger switch might be off. If so, switch it on. * The belt of the heat exchanger might be broken. If this is the case, replace the belt. * The exhaust air filter might be blocked, so you should change the filters. * The heat insulation of ducts might be inadequate. Check the insulation thickness of the supply and exhaust air ducts and add insulation if needed. * The after heater over heating protection has gone off (ECE-models). Check the reason for the problem and reset the over heating protection. For the following issues, it is recommended to contact a service representative: a greasy belt causing slippage, a stopped exhaust fan, or incorrect exhaust air valve settings.
