Note
Make sure quick release lever is
on the opposite of the drive side

Note
make sure there is a
spring on either side of
the rotor, the big taper
facing the outside of
the wheel
In the lever open position,
twist the end cap on till snug.
Then close the quick release lever
to the closed position
