Vertical banding (overall) Bi-D and Uni-D adjustments have not been carried out properly. Carry out the Auto Bi-D and the Auto Uni-D adjustments.

The carriage unit cannot move smoothly. Check the CR timing belt, and replace it if worn.
Check the CR motor is correctly installed.
