1. Right-click the Internet Explorericon on the desktop, and then
select Properties.
2. Click the Connection tab.
3. Clear the Access the Internet using a proxy server check box.
Configuring Your Printer Using EpsonNet
WebAssist
After you have assigned an IP address to the Internal Print Server
using EpsonNet WinAssist, MacAssist, or the arp/ping
command, you can change the IP address or other settings using
EpsonNet WebAssist.
Note:
❏ A web browser must be installed on your computer.
❏ TCP/IPmustbecorrectlysetforthecomputerandtheInternalPrint
Server.
❏ Do not run both EpsonNet WinAssist/MacAssist and EpsonNet
WebAssist for the printer at the same time.
❏ Your browser may restrict some characters you can use. For details,
see your browser or OS documentation.
❏ If you are using the dial-up environment and not using NetWare,
selectDisablein theNetWare screen. IfEnableis selected, theextra
account might be charged when using the dial-up router.
Follow the steps below to change the IP address using EpsonNet
WebAssist.
