6. Press the tab at the upper right of the cartridge holder and pull the cartridge out of the printer.
7. Remove the new ribbon cartridge from its package. If you are replacing it with a black ribbon
cartridge, remove the plastic separator from the ribbon cartridge as shown below.
Note:
Color ribbon cartridges do not have a separator.
8. Turn the ribbon-tightening knob in the direction of the arrow to remove any slack in the ribbon.
