The projector has malfunctioned.
Remove the power plug from the electrical outlet, and
contact your local dealer or the nearest Epson repair
center.

There is a problem with the laser section, or it failed to
turn on.

When using at an altitude of 1500 m or more, set High
Altitude Mode to On.

If the problem does not improve even after trying the
solutions mentioned above, stop using the projector and
remove the power plug from the electrical outlet. Con-
tact your local dealer or the nearest Epson repair center.
