Troubleshooting
1. Printer fails to operate when the power
is
on.
Is the AC
input voltage normal?
120 V version range is 103.5-132 V
230 V version range is 198-264 V

Replace the fuse.
Measure the
VP (+35

at pins 1 and

2 of
CN2
on
PSB/PSE
Board Assembly.

Replace the PSB/PSE

CN2

PSB/PSE

Verify each motor’s coil resistance
If any motor is shorted,

be sure to check the driver.
[f the driver is bad, replace
along with the motor.
Replace the MAIN
Board Assembly.
