6. Hold both ends of the cartridge and pull it out of the printer.
7. Remove the new ribbon cartridge from its package.
8. Hold both sides of the ribbon guide and pull it until it is out
of the cartridge.

Caution:
Do not tear off the clear film on the ribbon guide.
Doing so may cause paper jams or printer malfunctions.
