Tiling Images Using Geometry Correction Assist
Using the projector's built-in camera and the Edge Blending feature, you can create a seamless image
by automatically adjusting the pixel position in overlapping areas of the image.
You can run this feature from the Epson Projector Professional Tool (version 1.20 or later). You can
download the tool from the Epson support website at epson.com/support (U.S.), epson.ca/support
(Canada), or epson.com.jm/support (Caribbean).
We recommend performing auto adjustment in a darkened room and at least 20 minutes after turning on
the projector or canceling the shutter function. The time necessary for auto adjustment varies depending
on the location and number of projectors and can take up to six minutes to perform.
Note: Auto adjustment is not available for the following lenses: ELPLR05, ELPLL09, or ELPLL10.
Before you start, make sure of the following:
• All the projectors are connected to a network and configured in Epson Projection Professional Tool.
• You are projecting on a matte white diffusion screen that is flat and even.
• The illuminance ratio of the screen when projecting an all-white screen and when projecting an all-
black screen is 8:1 or more
• The projection size for each projector is between 100 to 500 inches (254 to 1270 cm) and is
rectangular after tiling. (when projecting onto a screen surface with an illuminance of 40 lux or lower
with the Light Source Mode set to Normal)
• Nothing is blocking the built-in camera on the front of each projector.
