1. Lift up the ink cartridge clamp. Then remove the protective
sheet from the cartridge holder.
2. Open the ink cartridge package. Next, remove the tape seal
from the top of the cartridge as shown.

Caution:
Do not remove the tape seal from the bottom of the
cartridge; ink will leak out.
