The paper is jammed inside the printer.
To clear a paper jam follow the steps below.
1.
Open the printer cover and the paper feeder cover.
2.
Pull the access panel away from the rear of the printer, as
shown below.
3.
Pull the paper out gently. If it tears, make sure you remove
any remaining pieces.
4.
If the paper is caught in the paper ejection area, gently pull it
out of the printer.
